• Select the required program using the forward

• Start the program by clicking on the START symbol

to be found bottom centre. A timer appears on the display
while the program is running, which shows the time
remaining until the end of the treatment.
• If you wish to pause the program, press the PAUSE button

. The appliance will emit 3 beeps in confirmation.
• To restart the program, press the START button

5. PROGRAMS
HYPER-OZONATED WATER
PROGRAM 1
The “hyper-ozonated water” program produces oxygen-
ozone enriched water to be drunk for the general wellbeing
of the body and to rebalance its functions. The hyper-
ozonated water should be drunk within a few minutes
from being prepared in order to benefit from the greater
concentration of oxygen and the advantages it brings.
PROCEDURE: draw out the oxygen-ozone treatment tube
from the recess at the rear of the appliance, put it into the
glass containing water to be treated, press the on/off button

located on the front of the appliance, select the
program “hyper-ozonated water” and press the START
symbol

to start the treatment. At the end of the
treatment the water is ready to be drunk.
NB: for best results, 2-3 glasses a day are recommended,
preferably on an empty stomach.
DOSE: 1 glass of tap water (approx. 250 ml).
DURATION: 1.5 minutes.
DRINKING WATER
PROGRAM 2
The “drinking water” program makes tap water
microbiologically pure and light, because it reduces the
microorganisms, pesticide residues and chlorine, which may
be present in mains water. Once treated the water may be
consumed immediately or later in the day.
PROCEDURE: draw out the oxygen-ozone treatment tube
from the recess at the rear of the appliance, put it into the
glass jug containing water to be treated, press the on/off
button (
)
located on the front of the appliance, select
the program “drinking water” and press the START symbol
( )
to start the treatment.
DOSE: 1 l of tap water.
DURATION: 3 minutes.
VEGETABLE WASHER
PROGRAM 3
The “vegetable washer” program produces disinfected water,
WHAT IS OZONE?
Ozone is a gas found in nature that has three oxygen
molecules (O3). It is formed in the stratosphere by the
action of UV rays and electrical discharges from lightning
in the atmosphere. Being an unstable gas, after approx.
50/60 minutes it reverts back to oxygen without leaving
any by-products or toxic residues. Although it is a gas,
ozone is not flammable, abrasive or explosive. It does
not spoil furnishings, ornaments or personal items and,
in a situation of controlled production, does not cause
injury to persons or animals. It eliminates microorganisms
(bacteria, moulds, fungi, yeasts), pollens, dust mites
and chlorine and inactivates viruses. It removes odours
(from smoke, food, perspiration, decomposition, mould/
mildew, biological liquids, pets) and wards off insect
pests.
Ozone is well known for its sanitizing and disinfecting
properties in respect of air and water and that is why it is
successfully used in many industrial sectors, including the
food sector. The American Food and Drug Administration
has defined it as a “safe agent (GRAS)”. In Italy, it has been
recognised by the Italian Ministry of Health with Prot.
No. 24482 of 31st July 1996 as “natural defence for the
sterilization of environments contaminated by bacteria,
viruses, spores, etc.” and by the Italian National Food
Safety Committee with CNSA of 27th October 2010 as
“disinfectant and fumigating agent in the treatment of air
and water”. In Europe, the EFSA – European Authority
for Food Safety – has recognised the disinfecting and
sterilizing properties of ozone for food purposes with
Directive 2003/40/EC.
WHAT ARE NEGATIVE IONS?
Negative ions are generated by sunlight, winds and tides.
They form in nature in the presence, for example, of
storms, pounding surf at the beach and crashing water
of waterfalls. They are also called “good ions” because
of their beneficial effects on living beings – persons,
plants and animals – due to the fact that they reduce
dust, counteract the negative effects from exposure to
electrical devices and help control asthma and allergies,
increasing the feeling of wellbeing inside the domestic
environment.
WHAT ARE UV RAYS?
UV rays make up approx. 10% of the light emitted by the
sun and may be reproduced artificially by special lamps.
They are known for their high germicidal power and for
stimulating the formation of ozone.

rinsed otherwise the treatment will have been in vain.
PROCEDURE: rinse the food with tap water to remove
any soil residues and small insects. Clean the fruit and
vegetables, fill the sink with tap water and put in the food.

at the rear of the appliance, put it into the sink containing
the water to be treated and activate the program “vegetable
washer”. At the end of the program the food may be eaten.
DOSE: 3/4 l of tap water.
DURATION: 5 minutes.
ROOM DEODORIZING (max 25 m2)
PROGRAM 4
The “room deodorizing” program produces and diffuses into
the room a small quantity of oxygen-ozone, UV rays and
negative ions which can remove typical household odours
(derived from cooking, mould/mildew, smoke, pets, stale air,
etc.).
PROCEDURE: place the appliance on a stable, flat surface at a
height of approx. 1 metre from the floor. Press the on/off button
(
)
located on the front of the appliance, select the
program “room deodorizing” and press the START symbol
( )
to start the treatment.
NB: for best results, it is advisable to air the room for a
few minutes before starting the program, so as to fill the
environment with oxygen, and to air the room again for a
few minutes at the end of treatment so as to remove any
slight odour that may have formed due to the oxidation/
elimination of microorganism cells. In the case of particularly
strong and persistent odours (e.g. fried food), repeat the
treatment.
DURATION: 67 minutes
SMALL ROOM SANITIZING (max 12 m2)
PROGRAM 5
The “small room sanitizing” program produces and diffuses
into the room an appropriate quantity of oxygen-ozone for
removing odours and drastically reducing the bioburden
(bacteria, viruses, fungi, spores, moulds/mildew, plant pollen
and dust mites) at the very first treatment.
PROCEDURE: place the appliance on a stable, flat surface at a
height of approx. 1 metre from the floor. Press the on/off button
(
)
located on the front of the appliance, select the
program “small room sanitizing” and press the START symbol
( )
to start the treatment. Leave the room immediately.
NB: to reduce the basic microbial count, it is advisable to
repeat the treatment several times at close intervals (e.g.
1 treatment every 4 days during the first 2 weeks of use)
and to continue with 1 maintenance treatment a month. For
best results, it is advisable to air the room for a few minutes
before starting the program, so as to fill the environment
with oxygen, and to air the room again for a few minutes
at the end of treatment, so as to remove any slight odour
that may have formed due to the oxidation/elimination of
microorganism cells.
ATTENTION: during the “small room sanitizing” treatment,
doors and windows must be firmly closed and there
must be no-one in the room. In the event of accidental
entry into the room, the safety device is triggered, which
stops oxygen-ozone production, and the ozone recovery/
conversion device is activated.
DURATION: 44 minutes
MID-SIZE ROOM SANITIZING (max 25 m2)
PROGRAM 6
The “mid-size room sanitizing” program produces and
diffuses into the room an appropriate quantity of oxygen-
ozone for removing odours and drastically reducing the
bioburden (bacteria, viruses, fungi, spores, moulds/mildew,
plant pollen and dust mites) at the very first treatment.
