E5: emergency stop by RESET button
This alarm is generated when the temporary stop of batch processing is executed by pressing RESET button
instead of STOP button.
* Even if the STOP malfunctions the operation can be stopped, however, this is an alarm that indicates that
restart is disabled while the STOP is not functioning.
If the STOP may not be functioning normally, please contact the service department of our company.
E7: WDT reset alarm
This alarm is generated by CPU is reset by watchdog timer IC.
* This is an alarm generated when a clock signal of CPU is not input in the watchdog timer IC for a constant time.
If this error is generated again, the internal board may be broken. Please contact the service department of our company.

E8: electric power failure alarm
This alarm is generated when the power supply is turned OFF during batch processing.
This error is not generated by power OFF in case of other than during batch processing.

E9: FeRAM alarm
The parameter information and the batch processing information are written/read into/from FeRAM when the data is
changed or the power supply is ON/OFF. If check error is generated in CPU at writing/reading, an alarm will be generated.
* The information that generates reading check error at power ON (parameter or batch processing, or both of them) will be
initialized.
* If FeRAM alarm is generated, FeRAM may be expiring. Please contact the service department of our company.
* Wait for "10 seconds or more" until turning ON the power supply again after power OFF of batch counter main unit.
If the time between power OFF and ON is extremely short, writing/reading in/from FeRAM may not be implemented
normally.
