(15) Function for monitoring communications with LCD module
This device can monitor the communication status of CPU and LCD module with LED on the front surface.

Normal status: LED blinks 1Hz
・
Abnormal status: LED blinks 4Hz (screen switching freezes, for example)
* If an error is generated again after turning ON/OFF the power supply, the LCD may be broken.

(16) Sleep function
To protect the backlight of display module, the sleep function is mounted. Set the sleep function by turning ON/
OFF the sleep mode.

ON: If the touch panel is not operated in case of other than during batch processing for one minute
continuously, the sleep mode will be displayed on the LCD module.
If five minutes pass furthermore, the backlight of LCD module will be turned OFF.
To cancel the sleep mode, touch the LCD module.
First touching of LCD module: backlight will be turned ON
Second touching of LCD module: sleep mode display will be cancelled
* If leak error is generated while the sleep mode is displayed or the backlight is turned OFF, the screen will
be automatically restored to the bright display.
* While the sleep mode is displayed or the backlight is turned OFF, the batch cannot be started.

OFF: The screen is always displayed while the power is distributed.
Normal status: blinking 1Hz
Abnormal status: blinking 4Hz
