Cutting the AXON tube adapter
Notice:
Make sure that no metal flakes or saw dust remain in the cable plug. If
necessary, carefully clean the plug with compressed air.
1.
Cut the tube adapter with the tube cutter
(719R40) to the determined length
(Cutting
below 340 mm is not allowed!)
2.
Always take care that
the cable is not
damaged
3.
Make the cut edge flat using a file
4.
Remove the residual ridge on the inner side of
the cut edge with the deburring tool (718S2)
5.
Smooth the entire cut edge with sandpaper
6.
Remove all metal flakes and sawdust from the
tube and cut edge
