Basic exercises
1.
Even weight on both legs, sit down continuously
and feel the support of the hydraulic resistance

Interrupt sitting down
– stop: feel knee is locked

move further backwards and sit down
3.
Interrupt standing up
– stop: feel knee is locked
–
continue to stand up
→
Keep knee at rest to lock, keep center of mass over
the feet
→
Unlock criteria are the same as for sitting down
Supported sitting down / standing up (all modes)
