This prosthetic component is compatible with Ottobock's system of modular connectors. Func­
tionality with components of other manufacturers that have compatible modular connectors has
not been tested.
Our components perform optimally when paired with appropriate components based upon weight
and mobility grades identifiable by our MOBIS classification information and which have appro­
priate modular connectors.

3.4 Environmental conditions
CAUTION
Use under unallowable environmental conditions
Fall due to damaged product

Do not expose the product to unallowable environmental conditions (see the table "Unallow­
able environmental conditions" in this section).

If the product was exposed to unallowable environmental conditions, take suitable steps
(e.g. cleaning, repair, replacement, inspection by the manufacturer or a specialist workshop
etc.).
Storage and transport
Temperature range –20 °C to +60 °C (–4 °F to +140 °F), relative humidity 20 % to 90 %, no mechanical
vibrations or impacts
Allowable environmental conditions
Temperature range:
–10 °C to +45 °C (14 °F to 113 °F)
Chemicals/liquids: fresh water, soapsuds, chlorine water
Moisture:
Submersion: max. 1 h in 2 m depth, relative humidity: no restrictions
Solids:
Dust, occasional contact with sand
Clean the product after contact with humidity/chemicals/solids, in order to avoid increased wear
and damage (
see page 36
).
Prohibited environmental conditions
Solids:
highly hygroscopic particles (e.g. talcum), dust in high concentrations (e.g. construction site),
intensive contact with sand
Chemicals/liquids:
salt water, perspiration, urine, acids, continuous use in liquid media

This prosthetic component has been load tested by the manufacturer according to ISO 10328.
The maximum lifetime is 5 years.
