2 Product description
The product (3R80*) has the following key features:

Monocentric prosthetic knee joint with rotation hydraulics
•
Product components for stance phase stability:

Adjustable stance phase flexion resistance (hydraulic damping)

Adjustable trigger threshold for switching from swing phase extension resistance to
stance phase flexion resistance

Lock (activated and deactivated by the patient)

Product components for swing phase control:

Adjustable swing phase flexion resistance (hydraulic damping)

Adjustable swing phase extension resistance (hydraulic damping)

Hydraulic unit with extension assist function (the extension assist function can be
enhanced by installing an additional spring)
3 Intended use
3.1 Indications for use
The product is intended exclusively for lower limb exoprosthetic fittings.
3.2 Area of application

Based on the instructions for use of all prosthetic components used, verify that they may be
combined with each other and are approved for the patient's area of application.
INFORMATION
In a prosthesis, all prosthetic components have to meet the patient's requirements regarding the
amputation level, body weight, activity level, environmental conditions and field of application.
