1. Remove the plate or cutting board and the top plastic sheet. Use the back
of the mold open to cut the dough.
2. Lift the dough by holding the edges of the bottom plastic and place it over
the mold.
3. Slightly lift one side of the mold and fill with desired filling. Avoid placing too much
filling to ensure that your mini empanada is securely sealed.
4. Close the mold by pressing down firmly to cut the excess dough and ensure
proper sealing of the mini empanada.
5. Open the mold and remove the excess dough from the edge. If necessary,
manually seal any part of the mini empanada that was not properly sealed.
