9.
Troubleshooting
RELAY CANNOT TURN ON
-
Check the connections and the control power fuses.
VOLTAGES ARE NOT DISPLAYED
-
Check the connections and fuses of voltage inputs.
-
The phase voltage at voltage inputs is <= 0,5V
FREQUENCY and RATE OF CHANGE OF FREQUENCY NOT DISPLAYED
- Check the connection and fuses of voltage input A and B
- The voltage between the voltage inputs A and B is <= 5,1V
OUTPUT RELAYS (TERMINALS N. 10 to 16) MALFUNCTIONING
-
Check for proper operating following
[6.14 Setpoints: CALIBRATION MODE]
instructions.
-
Check for proper wiring connection.
DISCREPANCY (led STATUS blinking 0.3s ON
– 0.3s OFF)
-
Check that all setpoints
are not
out of range with respect to the memory map.
o
Check that UnderVoltage Reset is not <= UnderVoltage Level
o
Check that OverVoltage Reset is not >= OverVoltage Level
o
Check that UnderFrequency Reset is not <= UnderFrequency Level
o
Check that OverFrequency Reset is not >= UnderFrequency Level
o
Only if
[6.2 Setpoints: SYSTEM SETUP
: Out of Service Relay
=
AUX8]; check that no protection is enabled
on Out of Service Relay.
o
Only if
[6.2 Setpoints: SYSTEM SETUP
: Out of Service Relay
=
AUX8]; check that Remote Trip Relay
selection
[6.7 Setpoints: DIGITAL INPUT
: D.I. 1 Remote Trip Relays or D.I. 2 Remote Trip Relays] does not
include the Out of Service Relay. If
[6.7 Setpoints: DIGITAL INPUT
: D.I. 1 Remote Trip Relays or D.I. 2
Remote Trip Relays] are not visible, in order to solve the discrepancy, reactivate the Remote Trip function
and disable AUX 8.
