Export “File Transfer” or “Manual Input” Setup File
Pushing either of these buttons will create a setup file with a default name of “std.set” or “manual.set”.
When this is done, you should rename this file to a descriptive name for the finishing process or job it is to
be sued on and later loaded onto the controller. The “File Transfer” button will create a properly formatted
file for downloading using the optional Computer File Storage Interface upgrade. The “Manual Input”
button will create a properly formatted file that allows easy entry into the controller using the keypads.

Calibration Coefficients
Values referred to as Cal_A1, Cal_B1, through to Cal_C3 represent “a, b, c” values in each of the three
regions of “ax
2
+ bx +c” calibration equations.
Break Points
Break_1 and Break_2 indicate the raw uncalibrated Ra values that software switches between calibration
regions.
