Internet Explorer
When using Microsoft Internet Explorer version 9, the hardware acceleration must be turned off if you want to run
Ocularis-X Client in windowed mode (as opposed to full screen/maximized). To disable graphics acceleration in
IE9:
1. Open Internet Explorer.
2. Select the Internet Options item in the Tools menu.
3. In the Advanced tab, ensure that the box is checked under Accelerated graphics: Use software
rendering instead of GPU rendering
4. Click Apply and then OK.
5. Close Internet Explorer and then restart it for changes to take effect.
See Microsoft’s instructions on turning off hardware acceleration for more details.
