5.2 Sensors Connection to Datalog X-PRO
NOTE:

Datalog X-PRO is delivered with its ordered sensors connected.

For correct connection to one external sensor, refer to Appendix C.
●
To replace or install a new ordered sensor, follow the guidelines in Appendix B.
In accordance to customer orders,
Datalog X-PRO is delivered with its sensors connected. Digital
Sensors connect directly to
Datalog X-PRO
: Humidity, Temperature, Pressure, Luminosity, do not
need any special procedure for linking. To connect Analog Sensors: 4-20mA, 0-10 V, Dry Contacts,
etc., follow the next guidelines:
1.
Uncover top of the External Terminal Box, to gain access to the screw terminals.

Remove approximately 1-in. (2.5 mm) of the mantle of the cable of the sensor to
connect and strip approximately 0.2-in. (5 mm) off the edge of each conductor.
