O PROGRAMME THE PHONE BOOK FROM THE CORD

LESS PHONE
1. Press function key F2:
If the phone book is empty, the display shows the mes-
sage "DIRECTORY EMPTY". If you have already
stored some contacts, the display will show the first con-
tact in alphabetical order.
2. Press function key F3:
The display shows:
ENTER NAME
_
3. Enter the name of the contact (max. 16 characters),
using the alphanumeric keys on the keypad of the cord-
less phone. Function key F2 (
may be used to
switch between upper and lower case modes. To de-
lete the character to the left of the cursor, press the
key.
4. Press function key F3:
The display shows:
ENTER NUMBER

5. Enter the contact’s number (max. 48 digits), using the
alphanumeric keys on the keypad of the cordless phone.
To delete the character to the left of the cursor, press the
key.
6. Press function key F3:
The display shows:
RINGER MELODY

7. To select the tune to be associated with the contact (this
tune will only be emitted on the cordless phone), press
the upper or lower part of the key:

At this point, you can abort the procedure or pro-
gramme another number .
9. To abort the procedure, press the key:
10. To programme other numbers, repeat the procedure
from step 2 .

5. Choose the position where you want to save the tel-
ephone number or fax number, for example: 01.
To do this, press the keys:

If a number has already been saved in position 01, the
fax machine will display "ALREADY PROGRAM.".
7. Dial your correspondent’s telephone number or fax
number (max. 48 digits).
