To confirm the setting, press the key:
The date and time setting procedure has been completed.
The new date and time will be updated automatically and
will be printed on each page sent.

To return the fax machine to its initial stand-by mode, press
the key:
Remember that the
stand-by mode
is the status in which
the fax machine is idle and that it is the mode from which the
machine can be programmed.

If you have chosen the 12-hour time format, the display will show the
letter "p" (post meridiem) or the letter "a" (ante meridiem). To switch
from one format to the other:

Position the cursor, using the

keys, below the letter to be
modified.

Press the
key.
3.
If you think you have made a mistake and want to abort the proce-
dure in progress, press the
key.

you can change them at any time.

Once set, the name (
max. 16 characters
) and number

max. 20 digits
) will remain unchanged until they are in-
tentionally changed and will be printed on each page re-
ceived by your correspondent’s fax machine.

If there are any wrong characters, move the cursor to the
wrong character, by pressing the keys:

Then overwrite the character with the correct one, by press-

To delete the name completely, press the key:
For example, to enter the name "LARA":
