MODE
TEMPORARILY
If the fax machine is set up for pulse dialling (decadic) and you want
to change it to tone dialling (multifrequency):
Press the
key, before dialling the fax or telephone number, to
change the dialing mode temporarily.
At the end of transmission, the fax machine always restores the dial-
ling mode set up on it.
