PROCEDURA DI CONNESSIONE DEI TUBI
1 Misurare la lunghezza necessaria per il tubo di
connessione nel seguente modo:
1.Collegare prima l'unità interna, quindi quella esterna.
- Piegare i tubi in modo opportuno, senza rovinarli.
Attenzione
- Ricoprire la superficie del tubo svasato ed i dadi del giunto con
grasso specifico, e giare 3 - 4 volte con le mani prima di fissare
i dadi svasati. (fig. 15 rif. A)
- Utilizzare due chiavi contemporaneamente quando si collegano
o scollegano i tubi.
2.La valvola di arresto dell'unità esterna dovrebbe essere
assolutamente chiusa (quale stato originale). Ogniqualvolta si
effettua il collegamento, allentare prima i dadi dalla parte della
valvola di arresto, quindi collegare immediatamente il tubo
svasato (in 5 minuti). Se i dadi sono stati allentati per un lungo
periodo, è possibile che nelle tubazioni sia entrata della polvere
o altre impurità, causando così dei malfunzionamenti. Quindi è
necessario espellere prima l'aria dal tubo con il refrigerante
prima di effettuare la connessione.
3.Espellere l'aria dopo aver collegato il tubo del refrigerante tra le
unità interna ed esterna. Serrare quindi i dadi nei punti di
intervento.

THE PROCEDURE FOR CONNECTING PIPES
1 Measure the necessary length of the connecting pipe as
follows:
1.First connect the indoor unit and then the outdoor one.
- Carefully bend the pipes without damaging them.
Attention
- Cover the surface of the flared pipe and the nuts of the joint
with special grease and turn 3 to 4 times by hand before fixing
the flared nuts (fig. 15 ref. A)
- When connecting or disconnecting the pipes, use two wrenches
together.
2.The outdoor unit stop valve should be completely closed (the
original status). Each time the connection is made, first loosen
the nuts from the part of the stop valve then immediately connect
the flared pipe (within 5 minutes). If the nuts are loosened for a
longer period, dust or other impurities could enter the pipes
thus causing malfunctions. Therefore, the air must be bled
from the pipe with the coolant before making the connection.
3. After connecting the coolant pipe between the outdoor and
indoor units, bleed the air then tighten the nuts where the
operation was made.
