9 PROBLEMS, CAUSES AND SOLUTIONS

By setting the switch (2)
to “1”, the water cleaner
does not start.
Remember also what

A safety device of the system
to which the water cleaner is
connected (fuse, differential
switch, etc.) has triggered.
Reset the protection device.
In case of a new triggering, do not use
the water cleaner and apply to a Skilled
Technician.
The plug of the power supply
cable is not inserted correctly.
Disconnect the plug from the socket and
reconnect it correctly.
The water cleaner
vibrates a lot and is
noisy.
The water suction filter/
gasket (33) and/or the inner
water inlet filter is dirty.
Observe what mentioned in the section
“Routine maintenance” and “Special
maintenance”.
The water supply is not enough. Check that the tap is completely opened
and that the capacity of the hydraulic
network conforms with what mentioned
in the section “Features and technical
specifications”.
The water cleaner does
not reach the maximum
pressure.
The nozzle-holding head (18) is in
low pressure position (Fig. 1-a).
Rotate the nozzle-holding head as shown
in Fig. 1-b.
The water nozzle (20) is worn.
Replace the nozzle according to what
mentioned in the section “Features and
technical specifications”.
Poor detergent suction. The nozzle-holding head (18) is in
low pressure position (Fig. 1-b).

The used detergent is too viscous. Use a detergent that is recommended by
the producer,by observing the thinning
indicated on the label.
