Adjusting and Replacing the V-belt
The spindle drive AC motor and the spindle are connected with V belts (Power-scrum type).
If the V belts become loose or when they are changed, adjust their tension so that the following val-
ues can be obtained. Adjustment of V belt tension is important for maintaining accuracy.

The V-belts are worn once they are slipped, and therefore be sure to check the belt tension
before using the machine.
