Replacing the Toner Cartridge
When the toner level is low, the icon below is displayed on the screen.
After the icon above appeared, about 100 m (3937.01 inches) of printing is possible.
However, prepare a new toner cartridge in advance to replace the toner.
When the toner runs out, the screen below is displayed. Replace the toner following
the procedure described below.
TIP
When you open the toner door, you will see the
Toner Replacement
label. Refer to this when replacing the toner cartridge.
Note
Do not print pages with a high print coverage rate just before the toner runs
out, such as pages with a lot of solid printing or reverse printing (white on
black). The Printer may be damaged when the toner runs out.
To avoid this, replace the toner as soon as possible when the toner level runs
low.
