5. Input Tests
Input tests are used to test cover interlocks, paper path sensors, paper size switches, etc., fuser tem-
perature and ROM Checksum.
With “Input Tests” displayed on the LCD, pressing the “
X
” button will enter the “Input Tests” menu and
display the first menu selection (Sensor Test). Pressing the “
X
” button again will enable the sensor test.
Pressing “
W
” halts the test.
The following illustrates all the sub-menus in the “Input Tests” menu.
