Chapter 2 Diagnostics

2. Entering Diagnostics

To enter diagnostics, perform the following:
1. Switch the printer power OFF.
2. Press and hold both the “Menu” and “

” buttons on the Operator Panel

3. Switch the printer power ON.
4. Continue to hold the “Menu” and “

” buttons until “Initializing” is displayed on the LCD.

5. Release the two buttons, after a short period of time, “Output Tests” will be displayed.
6. Proceed to Main Menu.

To exit diagnostics, repeatedly press the “Cancel” button until Ready is displayed.
