○ Adjust the passing plate.
○ Adjust the sensor voltage level.
10. The rail vibration does not stop
even though there is a screw at the
stopper.
○ The sensor is not detecting whether or
not there are screws on the rail.
○ The rail is not filled with screws, or a
screw has been trapped somewhere
on the rail.
○ The sensor is not detecting whether or
not there are screws on the rail.
○ Adjust the sensor voltage level.
12. The machine makes a high-
pitched noise.
○ Incorrect amplitude or vibration fre-
quency
○ Out of grease
○ Adjust the amplitude or vibration fre-
quency.
○ Grease the moving parts.
