The mag drive shaft o-ring
is leaking.

Replace the mag drive shaft o-ring
(Contact OFITE).
Replace the heater element seal
(Contact OFITE).
Disassemble check valve and stretch
out the spring.
The unit will
not build
pressure
The cell cap o-ring is leaking.
There is a leak at one of
the fittings.
The pump is broken (not
cycling, constantly cycling).
The Rupture Disk is blown.
Pressure Release Valve
is open.
The Fill/Drain Cell switch
is set to Drain.
Not enough oil in the
reservoir.
No air supplied to the unit.
Air filter is full of water.
The air filter is full of
water.
Air solenoid is damaged.
Replace the cell cap o-ring.
Trace the tubing and tighten the
leaking connection.
Replace the pump.
Replace the Rupture Disk see page 44.
Completely close the Pressure
Release Valve.
Switch it to Fill.
Check the level in the reservoir and
add if needed.
Make sure air is properly supplied to
the unit.
Empty the water from the air filter.
Replace air solenoid (Contact OFITE).

Remove the coil and clean it with
Nitrogen (1,500 - 2,000 psi)
