Count Function Available as Individual 
Input Mode

Overview 

Input increase pulse in R0.0 and decrease pulse signal in R0.1 and 
measure the count number.

Counter current value is cleared with R0.2 clear instruction, and count 
operation is paused with R0.3 mask instruction.
