RESET.COM

RESET.COM

Support Command

PURPOSE:

To enable the watchdog timer and allow
timeout to expire, thus restarting the system.

SYNTAX:

RESET

REMARKS:

The RESET command also restarts all the
expansion I/O cards on the bus. This differs
from a <CTL><ALT><DEL> reboot of the
system which only restarts the system but
not the expansion cards. The RESET button
on the 4010 also accomplishes the same thing
as the RESET command.
