When logged on in Administrator mode, user boxes can be used without entering the password.

The Bulletin Board User Box, Relay User Box can be operated when the optional fax kit is installed.

The operation of the Annotation User Box is available only when a hard disk is optionally installed.

Open User
Box A currently created public, personal or group user box can be opened to work on a saved document
or to change user box settings.
Create User
Box New user boxes can be created.
Open System
User Box System user boxes (Bulletin Board User Box, Relay User Box, Annotation User Box) can be opened
to work on a saved document or to change user box settings.
Create Sys-
tem User Box New annotation user boxes, bulletin board user boxes and, relay user boxes can be created.
