3.9.1.10 SPI Flash
The SPI (Serial Peripheral Interface) Flash. User can play external SPI voice data via the SPI
functions in company with
SPI_Encoder
or
Voice_Encoder
v3.30 or newer version.
NY6
PB_VDD Source
: source of PB power.
VDD: PB power is provided by VDD.
User has to connect PB_VDD to VDD on real chip.
LDO Always Enable: PB power is provided by IC internal.
LDO Normal Enable, Sleep Disable: PB power is provided by IC internal, when IC enters
Sleep mode, the LDO will be off.
LDO Always Disable (EXT_Power): PB power is provided by other external power.
If the
external power is larger than IC VDD, it may cause leakage current.
Note:
1. NY4 / NY5 / NY5+ / NY6A / NY7 / NY9T / NX1 doesn’t support this function.
2. A 0.1uF capacitor nearby PB_VDD pin is necessary to stabilize the voltage if PB is applied
to SPI Flash and using the power provided by IC.
3. Currently only PB pins support SPI, the pin setting is as follows:
CSB: PB.0
SCK: PB.1
MOSI: PB.2
MISO: PB.3
4. If PB is used as general IO instead of SPI, the source of PB power can also be selected.
Ex.
SPI
= Enable
PB_VDD
= VDD
