15.3.16 UART1 Transmit enable register (U1TER - 0xE001 0030)
MPT612’s U1TER enables implementation of software and hardware flow control. When
TXEn = 1, UART1 transmitter sends data as long as it is available. When bit TXEn is logic
0, UART1 transmission stops.
