Other trouble
If Any Error Message Appears
The following shows the major error messages appearing when using the FOMA N2502 HIGH-SPEED
utility.
“OK” does not appear even if an
AT command is input. Verify that the Communication setting file (driver) properly functions
in the FOMA terminal. p.29
Check the command for beginning with AT or at character or case
sensitive. “Manual”

Try to Input ATE1 command. “Manual”

Unavailable for inputting AT
command If you activate the DoCoMo videophone software or resident it on
the task tray, terminate it.

Redial is not possible 64K data communication or videophone call communication does
not allow to send data to the same destination for the second time in
a row when no response returns from there. Wait for a while, and
resend it.

Status indication lamp does not

The terminal stopped working
suddenly. Check that the FOMA card (UIM) is properly installed. p.16
Remove the FOMA terminal once and reinstall it. Still, if it may not
work, remove the FOMA terminal and reinstall it after restarting PC.

PC environment may have changed because of installing the
peripheral device or other software. Reinstall the communication
setting file (driver) after uninstall it. p.26
Hardware detection is not
performed even though you
install the FOMA terminal into
the PC card slot on the
installation procedure of the

(driver). Restart the PC with the FOMA terminal installed into the PC card
slot.
