4.5.7.1 INPUT STATE

This menu item is used to test binary inputs circuits on PWR Board by adding certain positive
voltage to relevant binary input terminal. OPEN means that there is certain negative voltage
(equals to negative pole of optical coupler on terminal 20 PWR Board) on relevant binary input
terminal and switching apparatus signaled by this binary input is being in open state or inactivated.
In contrast, CLOSE denotes that there is certain positive voltage on relevant binary input terminal
and switching apparatus signaled by this binary input is being in closing state or activated.
NOTE
：
If the status of ” IN1 ”is “ CC_Ctrl ” , it indicates that the control commands from
control centers are enabled, .but the control commands from local HMI system(i.e.:
SCADA) are disabled.
If the status of ” IN1 ”is “ ST_Ctrl ” , it indicates that the control commands from control
centers are disabled, .but the control commands from local HMI system(i.e.: SCADA) are
enabled.

This menu item is used to check the binary output relays, testing whether binary output functions
are operational. Press keys to select expected output relay and push key to
