CYLINDER INSPECTION AND MAINTENANCE 

BOOSTER CYLINDER 
DISASSEMBLY 

 

 

 

1.  Remove  the  Booster  Assembly  (bs35) 

from the cylinder assembly (c11). 

 

 

NOTE:   

See  the  Booster  Manual 

(B000-9600) for booster maintenance. 

 

 

 

 

2.  Remove  the  spacers  (bs23),  o-rings 

(RR),  and  backup  rings  (SS)  from  the 

cylinder assembly (c11). 

 

 

 

 

 

3.  Remove  the  cylinder  end  cap  socket 

head cap screws (OO). 

 

 

 

 

 

4.  Remove  the  cylinder  rod  assembly 

(c48) from the cylinder housing (c4).
