Assembly
1. Switch-off the ALS 20x.

Mark the lateral position of the dispensing edge
(material zero-line), before disassembling it.
2. Unscrew 1 screw [13A] and take off the dispensing
edge [13B].
3. Unscrew 2 screws [13C] and remove the lower
cross arm [13D].
4. Push the LA -TO onto the holding rods and fasten it
there using the locking screws [13E].
5. Remount the dispensing edge.

Position the dispensing edge as marked before.
6. Connect the cable to LA -TO and ALS 20x.


Connection to applicator interface [12A]
(article no.: A8752)
7. Connect the interlock circuit of the protective guard
to the LA -TO [9B].

Connecting an interlock circuit is mandatory.
The LA -TO must not and cannot be operated with-
out.
8. Install the pressure regulator.

9. Connect the compressed air supply.



10. Switch-on the ALS 20x.
11. Make setting in the parameter menu.
