CAUTION
Important!
Protect the eyes , by wearing safety glasses, when sharpening the blades. After
installing the blades, check if all the fastening screws are tightened. If any blades
come off, this can cause a serious accident.
After sharpening the blades, it is necessary to adjust the BLADES to
match the COUNTER-BLADES, as described in the following item.
Models: EN-9F3B / EN-12B / EN-12F4 / EN-6400 / EN-6500 / EN-6600 / EN-6700F4 / EN-6800
Blade/ Counter-blade adjustment
There must be about a gap of 0.5 mm, between the blade and the counter-blade.
1- After the machine is turned off, open the housing cover.
2- Remove the screws B fastening the blade bracket.
3- Move the bracket with the blade until there is a gap of 0.5 mm from the counter-blade.
4- Tighten all the screws B again.
5- Repeat the operation on each one of the blades.
6- Before turning on the machine, turn the rotor manually and check if any blade touches a counter-
blade.
7- Close the housing cover.
