UTTING INTO OPERATION A
MultiCONT

ETWORK
Steps of putting into operation:
Preparing transmitters and Universal Interface Modules.
(see chapter 5.2.1) Transmitters should be given a unique „Short address”. If there are multiple
transmitters, then the address should not be zero!
Adding the devices in the loop into the device list.
see chapter 5.2.3
Configuration of the state of the transmitters.
Devices (transmitters) placed in the device list during the detection process automatically become active i.e.
the MultiCONT queries them constantly. This can be avoided by setting their state to be inactive (see chapter 5.2.3)
Detecting Universal Interface Modules
: The detected modules (relays, current outputs) become inactive, meaning that MultiCONT does not control them.
Relay configuration:
The relay should be assigned to one or more transmitters (sources), the mode of operation (function) should be specified, the
switching points should be configured (parameters RP1…RP3), and then it should finally be activated. See chapter 5.7.
Current output configuration:
Similar to the relay configuration, see chapter 5.8.
