to auto mode first and then start drilling.
Do not swit ch ove r to auto mode i n the middl e of
manual drilling opera t ion: the Drill Motor may come
to a stop if you do so.
Do not apply manual force when feeding in auto
mode.

Do not apply force to the Rod Handle when feeding
i n auto mode (wi th the Rod Handl e pushe d t owar d
the machine).
Do not start drilling with manual feed.

Do not star t drilling wit h manua l feed . Once you
have s t ar ted wi th manua l feed, howeve r , you mus t
not chang e mode to automat i c feed hal f way t hroug h
the operation because the Drill Motor may come to a
stop making it impossible to complete the hole.
Leaving the machine alone in a subzero C ˚
environment for many hours may cause Drill Motor
start-up failure at the initial startup. This is nothing
unusual. Set the auto-feed switch to OFF (with
the Rod Handle pulled out toward the operator)
and run the machine idly for a few minutes. That
should take care of initial startup failure.
1. APPLICATION

geared to drilling mild steel (or equivalent) using One-
Touch type Jet-B roac h o r Hi- B roa ch . The mac hin e
will be mounted on the wor k pie ce to be drille d wit h
the Magne t securel y f as t ening the machin e to the
workpiece while drilling takes place.
2. RECEIVING INSPECTION
Upon unpacking , check to se e that the shipmen t is
complete without damage or oil leakage in transport.
