6. Cleaning the painted or plastic surfaces
Silicon cloth is recommended for cleaning painted and plastic
surfaces. For persistent dirt, dampen a piece of gauze with thin
neutral detergent solution and wipe lightly. Do not use organic
solvents such as alcohol, ether, or paint thinner. Doing so could
cause discoloration on painted or plastic surfaces and/or removal of
printed lettering.
7. Storage
Store the product under conditions of low humidity where mold is
not likely to form. Avoid storing under the direct sunlight or location
with high temperature and humidity.
Put the vinyl cover over the product to protect it from dust.
Before putting on the vinyl cover, turn off the lamp (turn off the
power supply) and wait until the lamp is cool.
8. Regular inspection
Regular inspection is recommended to maintain peak performance.
Contact your nearest Nikon representative for details about regular
inspection.
