Select the submenu ( ) in the App to access additional information on the NIGHTWATCH
®
App.

Submenu
: Edit your accounts settings, purchase a monitoring plan for your device, view/download
resources, contact Customer Care for support, or log out.
2.
Account Settings
: Update your contact information, including your password, at any time.
NOTE:
you cannot change the email associated with your account.
3.
Monitoring Plans
: Purchase a non-recurring monthly or annual monitoring plan for your device
directly from the App or purchase online at
https://www.smarthalter.com/products/buy
a.
Select
“View Device Plans” to show which of your devices requires a plan.
b.
Select
“Next” after highlighting the device you wish to apply your plan to.
c.
Click on
the radial button next to the plan you wish to purchase and then select “Next.”
d.
Select
“Submit” to confirm the plan you wish to purchase for your desired device.
