The test mode is a function to check the unit is operating correctly. For both DT-5TXR and DT-5TFR, this mode is
used to perform self-diagnosis of the internal circuit (LED display test/key entry test). The mode number is 99.
■ Test Type
Checks if the main display's LED is functioning correctly, via its lighting.

Press the [MOD] key to start the test mode.
Press the [SET] key to start the test. First, per-
form the LED display test and when this test is
completed, press the [MOD] key to start the key
entry test. When both tests are completed, press
the [MOD] key again, and the display returns to
the LED display test mode. Then press the [SET]
key, and the tests are completely fi nished.
