If the vehicle is driven with the step in the extended position, there is the possibility of causing major damage
to both the step and the vehicle.

Turn the vehicle ignition off and open the door. The step will extend and lock in the open position.
Mirrors
This vehicle is equipped with side mounted two-part exterior rear view
mirrors. The top portion of the mirror is flat, providing conventional reflected
views down the sides of the RV, while the bottom portion is convex to
provide an expanded view, helping to eliminate blind spots. Make sure the
seat is positioned for proper vehicle control, and then adjust the mirrors for
maximum rear visibility prior to driving.
These mirrors are adjusted by using the mirror control panel located on the
driver’s side arm rest area forward of the cup holder. Select the mirror to be
adjusted by rocking the switch to either “L” or “R” of that mirror, then use the
arrow buttons on the panel to move the mirror up, down, in or out. Please note that
only the upper, flat portion of the mirror can be moved remotely by these switches.
The convex lower portion is adjustable manually. These mirrors also contain heating
elements to defog or de-ice the mirror glass during cold weather operation. The
ON/OFF switch for this feature is located by the adjustment control.
IMPORTANT
Objects viewed in convex mirrors appear smaller and farther away than they actually are.
Rear Vision System
Your King Aire is equipped with a “Rear Vision” package that allows you
to access and view the exterior (and interior) of your unit through a number
of video cameras located in and around your coach.
The cameras are accessed through the left hand touch screen Sony monitor
in the dash.
The primary camera view is from the rear of the unit. A camera mounted
on the rear cap of your motorhome faces down and back to help you when backing the unit, when
observing traffic in transit, or when checking on a vehicle you are towing behind your unit. This camera
comes on automatically any time your RV transmission is in reverse. It can also be manually selected
using the “Camera Select” button on the dash switch panel below the monitor.
There are five additional cameras in this “Rear Vision” system. As with the rear vision camera, all of
these cameras can be manually selected using the “Camera Select” switch on the dash below the monitor.
