Backhoe - Dismounting

Before you start the engine, make sure that the area surrounding the machine is clear of all persons,
and that the backhoe swing lock pin is in the LOCK position.

Keep away from the space under the bucket or attachment when lowering the bucket or attachment.
In cases where the machine fails and the engine stops, lower the attachment using the procedure
described in this manual.

1. Insert the swing lock pin (1) .

2. Lower the left-hand (1) and right-hand (1) stabilizers to
the ground as shown in figure 2 . Apply slight pressure
to the ground.
3. Lower the boom (2) and extend the dipper stick (3) as
shown in figure 2 . Apply slight pressure to the ground.
4. Engage the park brake and turn off the engine.
