DANGER
Unexpected machine movement!
Air in the hydraulic system could cause unexpected machine movement. Purge the air from the hy-
draulic system after any hydraulic system maintenance or repair.
Failure to comply will result in death or serious injury.

DANGER
Pressurized system!
Always remove all pressure before working on the hydraulic system. Follow the pressure BLEED
program in the Configuration Mode to remove the pressure in the entire hydraulic system.
Failure to comply will result in death or serious injury.

WARNING
Escaping fluid!
Hydraulic fluid or diesel fuel leaking under pressure can penetrate the skin and cause infection or
other injury. To prevent personal injury: Relieve all pressure before disconnecting fluid lines or per-
forming work on the hydraulic system. Before applying pressure, make sure all connections are tight
and all components are in good condition. Never use your hand to check for suspected leaks under
pressure. Use a piece of cardboard or wood for this purpose. If injured by leaking fluid, see your
doctor immediately.
Failure to comply could result in death or serious injury.

NOTICE:
In order to avoid injury, observe the following safety precautions BEFORE using the machine.
• Only work from the operator’s seat on your backhoe.
• Lower the stabilizers until the weight of the tractor is supported. Be sure that the tractor tires do not lift off the
ground.
• Place front loader bucket on the ground.
• Do not dig in the area around the stabilizers.
• Do not raise the tractor off the ground or move the tractor forward or backward by using the dipperstick or the bucket.
• Do not swing the bucket outwards if you are on a sloped surface, this can result in a loss of stability.
Swing the boom repeatedly to check the swinging motions.
The best results can be achieved by digging in the middle of the swing gradient so that the material can be emptied
on both sides.
NOTE:
Excessive engine RPM will result in jerky backhoe operation.
Fill the bucket
Check the position of the bucket

when digging to
achieve a good result. This reduces wear and tear on the
machine.
