pop-up menu displays a list of options.

to disallow any outbound calls on that jack.
Devices on that line will hear a busy (reorder) signal. Inbound
calls are still possible, depending on how the Router is
configured for inbound connections.
Select
Directory Number 1
to route the outbound call out the
number specified by Director y Number 1. This ensures that the
call is made from the director y number you choose.
Select
Directory Number 2
to route the outbound call out the
number specified by Director y Number 2.
Select
Either
to route the outbound call out either Director y
Number 1 or Director y Number 2, depending on which is
available, if either.
