To attach a filter set for filtering incoming Ser vice Adver tising
Protocol (SAP) packet entries, select
Incoming SAP Filter Set
and choose a filter set from the list.

To attach a filter set for filtering outgoing SAP packets, select
Outgoing SAP Filter Set
and choose a filter set from the list.
10. To detach a filter set from the connection profile, select
Detach
Filter Sets
and press Return to go to the Detach Filter Sets
screen.

Incoming SAP Filter Set -- <<NONE>>
Detach Outgoing SAP Filter Set 'wall'
Return/Enter to detach Filter Set (if there is one) from this Profile.
Detach IPX Filter Sets from this screen.
11. Select a filter set and press Return to detach. If
<<NONE>>
appears in place of a filter set name, no filter set is attached for
that categor y. Return to the IPX Profile Parameters screen by
pressing the Escape key.
12. To change the periodic RIP timer’s default value, select
Periodic RIP Timer
and enter a new value (in seconds).
13. To change the periodic SAP timer’s default value, select
Periodic SAP Timer
and enter a new value (in seconds).
You have finished creating the new connection profile.
