Q
Can I connect my Yap Jack Pro to a digital PBX?
A
No. The Yap Jack Pro is not compatible

wish to use your Yap Jack Pro with a digital
PBX phone system, you must use an
analog-to-digital modem converter.
Q
Will my cordless phone work with the Yap Jack Pro?
A
Yes. Cordless phones are compatible with
the Yap Jack Pro. Simply connect the cord
to the same phone jack that you would a
regular phone.
Q
I’m having problems entering my user name and
password with the alphanumeric key codes. What
can I do?
A
Please use your handy alphanumeric
keyboard map found in Chapter 7, Entering
Information, or in the Quick Start Guide.
Q
My ISP requires me to enter the “@” symbol and the
domain name when I log on. Does the Yap Jack Pro
accommodate this symbol?
A
Yes it does. When you are entering your
ISP login user name information, just press
the “1” key on the telephone keypad 2 times
for the “@” symbol and 3 times for the “.”
(period/dot) in the domain name.
Q
Can I use a fax machine with my Yap Jack Pro?
A
