Yap Jack Pro User’s Guide – Chapter 3

Call Status

Description

CONNECTED TO ISP

Displays when the Yap Jack
Pro is connected to the ISP
but is not connected to a
destination party or in the
process of placing a phone
call. For example, if the
device is set to Stay
Connected mode and you
have completed a phone call
by hanging up, the call
status will display
“Connected to ISP,” along
with the amount of time until
the Yap Jack Pro
disconnects from the ISP.
The default is two minutes.
During that time, you can
place additional calls without
having to reconnect to the
ISP. You can also access
the menu and change
settings. Once that time has
elapsed, the device will
disconnect and will have to
reconnect to place another
call.

CALL OVER

Displays when the other
party has hung up and you
are still on the line.

CallTime Confirm

The Yap Jack Pro displays the call duration while the call
is in progress. You can also choose to have the duration
display after the call is completed. If you enable this
feature, once you hang up, the LCD will display the
duration of the call, along with the message,

Press Any

Key

. The time will remain displayed until you press a key

on the device.
