Telephone Number Called

The telephone number of the person you called is
displayed at all times on the top line of the LCD.

Call Status

The status of the call displays to let you know the progress
of the connection to the ISP and to the destination party.

DIALING ISP 1/3

Displays when the Yap Jack
Pro is placing a call to the
ISP; the call is the first of
three attempts. If the
display reads, “DIALING
2/3,” it is the second of three
attempts.

LOGGING ONTO ISP

Displays when the Yap Jack
Pro is connecting to the ISP
and the modems have
successfully connected.

CONTACTING PARTY

Displays after the Yap Jack
Pro has successfully
connected to the ISP and is
placing a call to the dialed
phone number. This status
will display until the
destination party picks up
the phone.
