4. MAX IP10 Configuration
Before attempting to make a outbound call, or to answer an incoming call, MAX IP10 must be
configured with several parameters.

Note: There are 22 parameter fields you need to configure. Press the [MENU] key to access
each field one after anothe r. You can modify the field using number keys and confirm the
change using the [SET] key.

Note: In case you finish modifying the account parameters (account number and pin number)
or network parameters (IP address), the phone will automatically reboot using the changed
parameters.

Note: Besides the operation parameter fields, there are memory dial configuration menu and
speed dial configuration menu where you can store the phone numbers used in memory dialing
and speed dialing.
To enter the config uration menu, you must type in the menu access code. Press the [MENU]
key. You will see LCD screen like Figure 4-1. Type in the menu access code and '#' key. The
default access code is '123'. The menu access code can be modified via web-browser.

4.1. View/Change Account Number
1) Press the [MENU] key once. You will see an LCD screen like Figure 4-2.

2) Press [0]~[9] number keys to enter the digits. If you make a mistake, use [INFO] key as
‘backspace’ key and correct the mistake.
3) After entering all the digits of the account number, press the [SET] key to confirm the change.
4) Press the [MENU] key to go to the next field.
