Time-out, standby and sleep

After selecting  "TIME OUT" in the main supervisor menu, the
screen below is displayed:

The timeout delays, expressed in seconds, are determined by the
supervisor (between 0 and 3600 seconds, in one second
increments).  The maximum delay is 3600 seconds or 60 minutes:

START : waiting time for the first document with the transport
motor in operation. After this time out the machine stops.
STOP : time out before the machine stops after the last document
processing.

These two time out will be inhibited if their value is 0.
