Slide the 2x HGH 15 bearing blocks onto the two HGR 15 rails.
To avoid the loss of balls, store the supplied plastic holder on the bearing block. When mounting the
bearing block on the rail, use the rail to push the plastic bracket out of the block so that the steel
balls are preloaded and in contact with a rail at all times.
Although this is not shown on the drawing, it is best if the grease nipple faces outwards to facilitate
access during maintenance.
