Bail and Feet
The bail is a formed piece of wire stock that folds down to elevate the front of
the monitor for easier viewing (figure 6-12). The bail is held in place by
tension. To remove the bail and feet:
1. Turn monitor upside down on a flat clean surface.
2. Extend bail as illustrated.
3. Push in on end pieces until you can lift bail free.
4. The feet are held in place with glue. To remove a foot, grasp with pliers
and pull clear.
